SHEEP CHEESE BALLS

Ingredients

200gSirtakis sheep cheese
1 packagecream cheese
1 bunchof fresh basil
 Salt and pepper
 Garlic, if desired
 Paprika, sweet
 Sesame
 Oat mix
  

Preparation

Break apart the sheep cheese as much as possible (you may need to mash it with a spoon on the side of the bowl) and mix thoroughly with the cream cheese. Season the mixture to taste with pepper (ideally freshly ground, approx. 3 pinches), a little salt and paprika (approx. ¼ teaspoon). At this point, you may also add finely diced garlic. Form the mixture into balls and roll in sesame or oat mix. Serve on a basil leaf.
