| 200g | Sirtakis sheep cheese | 
| 1 package | cream cheese | 
| 1 bunch | of fresh basil | 
| Salt and pepper | |
| Garlic, if desired | |
| Paprika, sweet | |

Break apart the sheep cheese as much as possible (you may need to mash it with a spoon on the side of the bowl) and mix thoroughly with the cream cheese. Season the mixture to taste with pepper (ideally freshly ground, approx. 3 pinches), a little salt and paprika (approx. ¼ teaspoon). At this point, you may also add finely diced garlic. Form the mixture into balls and roll in sesame or oat mix. Serve on a basil leaf.
