2 packsof Sirtakis Halloumi Grill Cheese
1red bell pepper
1yellow bell pepper
1small eggplant
2 clovesof garlic
1 branchof thyme
1 branchof rosemary
4 Tbs.olive oil
2 Tbs.paprika, sweet
1 Tbs.salt
1 Tbs.pepper, ground
1 Tbs.honey
8shish kabob skewers


Cut the Sirtakis Halloumi Grill Cheese into 24 equal cubes. Rinse, halve, seed and wash the bell peppers and cut into equally large pieces. Wash, rinse and slice the zucchini. Wash and slice the eggplant. Peel the garlic and dice finely. Wash the thyme and rosemary, pluck off the small leaves, mince and mix together in a large bowl with olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, honey and the garlic. Add the Sirtakis Halloumi Grill Cheese and the vegetables and mix until everything is fully covered. Then spear the cheese and vegetables on eight skewers, alternating between cheese and vegetable. Fry the kabobs on all sides at medium heat in a coated pan.

TIP: The more colorful, the better. If you prefer, you may also use seasonal vegetables.
