| 225g | Sirtakis Halloumi |
| 500g | green beans (fresh or frozen) |
| 200g | sun-dried tomatoes |
| 200g | bacon |
| 3 Tbs. | olive oil |
| 2 Tbs. | lemon juice |
| 1 clove | of garlic, finely chopped |
| Salt and pepper | |
| Herbs as desired |
Boil the beans until they are firm, not soft, strain and allow them to cool. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes and the bacon into strips. Stir the remaining ingredients together in a marinade and mix with the beans and the tomatoes. Allow this to steep for at least one hour. Just before serving, sear the bacon and the grill cheese on a pan and distribute over the salad. Tip: Fresh oregano, thyme and savory are good herbs for this dish.
